Visitors browse Emerald Coast Explorer free. Claiming and basic business management remain free. Premium is $79 per month; promotions and approved community-event publication are separate one-time purchases. Paying never changes visitor ratings, removes criticism or guarantees traffic or sales.
Paid enrollment is not open yet
Browsing and verified business ownership are free. The paid plans, prices and services below are proposed for a future release and are not currently available to purchase. Final paid-service and refund terms will be published before enrollment opens.
Claiming a business does not create a subscription or charge.
Plans and promotion prices
Free claiming and basic management
Claim verification, listing corrections, public contact information, hours, photos and review replies stay free. Listing and photo changes follow the applicable screening and review process.
Premium: $79 per month — checkout not open yet
Includes the free tools plus business event publishing, recurring-event tools, customer-action reporting, trackable offers and scheduled campaigns. Promotions are purchased separately. Payment never changes organic community ratings.
Reporting distinguishes website clicks, directions clicks, inquiries and business-confirmed offer redemptions. A business confirmation is not independent proof of a purchase. Clicks are not sales, bookings or unique visitors.

Three days cost $120 for a business or $80 for an event. For 4–6 days, extra days receive 15% off the three-day package’s daily rate. A week is $300 for a business or $200 for an event before the automatic 20% package discount. Longer bookings receive 25% off the weekly-rate equivalent for the entire duration. Discounts do not stack; totals are rounded to the nearest cent.
Verified business owners can promote their listings and events. Members whose $45 event publication is paid and published can also request an event promotion, without claiming or managing its venue.
Choose an available slideshow, matching-list placement or search-suggestion placement. Search suggestions show up to five promoted results on desktop and three on mobile. Staff review availability and content before checkout. Your promotion starts only after approval and confirmed payment, for the agreed dates. Each day is a complete 24-hour period. Placement is labeled Promoted and does not guarantee impressions, clicks or sales.
Community event publication: $45 per approved event
Members without Premium event access can submit an event for staff review. Premium businesses publish events for their own locations through their business workspace without the $45 fee. Rejected requests are not charged. Approved requests receive a one-time checkout; publication follows confirmed payment and final eligibility checks. This fee does not include promotion or ownership of the venue.
All prices are in US dollars, before any displayed taxes. Premium renews monthly until canceled. Promotions and community event publication are one-time purchases. Review the final amount, dates and terms at hosted checkout. Existing subscription billing arrangements remain unchanged unless separately agreed.
What stays free and what Premium includes
Free verified management covers accurate listing details, public contact information, photos, editing hours and review replies. Claims, listing proposals and business photos follow their applicable review and screening processes. Premium includes publishing events for the business’s own verified locations, weekly series with up to 26 dates, useful customer-action reporting and trackable offers. Premium businesses do not pay a $45 fee for those events. Existing events can still be cancelled and existing customer messages remain accessible after paid access ends.
Offers require staff approval and valid eligibility, ownership and dates. Businesses are responsible for honoring their published terms, exclusions and redemption conditions. Customer-action reporting distinguishes recorded website clicks, directions clicks, inquiries and verified business-confirmed offer redemptions. Counts may include repeated actions and may be affected by automated traffic or blocked requests. Clicks are not sales, bookings, unique visitors or revenue. A claimed offer code is not a redemption; business confirmation is not independent proof of a purchase or its value.
Promotion packages
Promotions are optional purchases separate from Premium. Verified businesses may request business or event promotions; members may request promotion for their own eligible published events. Choose an available slideshow, matching-list placement or search-suggestion placement. Search suggestions display up to five promoted results on desktop and three on mobile. Paid content is labeled Promoted, shares space with other eligible content and does not change organic ratings or guarantee impressions, clicks or sales.
Business promotion starts at $120 for three days; event promotion starts at $80 for three days. For 4–6 days, each additional day receives 15% off the three-day package’s daily rate. Seven days use a $300 business or $200 event base package with an automatic 20% discount, giving totals of $240 and $160. Above seven days, the entire duration is priced at the weekly base divided by seven, multiplied by the number of days, with a 25% discount. Discounts do not stack. Calculations are rounded once to the nearest cent. Each day is a full 24-hour period.
Review the calculated amount and dates before submitting. Staff review content, dates and availability before opening checkout. No charge is taken for submitting or rejecting a request. Approved requests have a payment deadline, normally the earlier of 48 hours after approval or five minutes before the scheduled start; starting a new checkout needs at least 35 minutes remaining. Payment confirmation is required before promotion appears. If a deadline passes, contact support about a new request and dates. An event promotion must fit before the relevant event ends.
Paid delivery also depends on the listing staying public, the event remaining eligible and the requester retaining the necessary authority. If content changes after checkout or a payment cannot be fulfilled, the order records the payment and directs you to support; it is not silently treated as delivered or refunded. Contact support before changing approved dates or terms.
Community event publication
Members without included Premium event access may submit an event for a $45 one-time publication fee. Staff review the details first. An approved request receives a payment deadline and secure checkout; it becomes public only after confirmed payment and final eligibility checks. A rejected request is not charged. The fee does not include promotion, tickets, reservations or venue ownership. Premium businesses publish events for their own verified locations through the business workspace without this fee.
Existing subscriptions and founding access
The only new recurring plan is Premium at $79 per month. Existing Pro or annual Stripe subscriptions retain their provider price and billing interval unless separately changed. Remaining eligible legacy paid access and active founding grants provide Premium features without a new automatic charge or restarted grant.
The founding program permits one 12-calendar-month grant per verified business, up to 50 grants. No card is required, expired grants do not create new founding places, and its end date appears in the workspace. After access ends, the business returns to Free unless a separate paid entitlement is active. Contact support before discussing a paid upgrade during an active founding grant.
Renewal, cancellation and access
Premium renews monthly until cancelled. An existing legacy subscription renews at its existing interval. Open your business workspace and choose Manage or cancel billing for the provider portal, payment details and cancellation options. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. No new annual plan is offered through checkout.
A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps paid features while that subscription remains active through its recorded expiry. An immediate cancellation ends those paid features after the account update is processed. Overdue or otherwise inactive subscriptions do not receive an additional paid-access grace period. Basic verified listing management remains available for eligible accounts. Contact support if access appears incorrect.
Promotions and community-event publication are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Review the amount, dates, recurring interval where applicable and linked terms before paying.
Billing help and refund requests
For a billing mistake, cancellation help, a refund request or an undelivered service, contact us with the business or event, date and receipt/order reference. Never send a full card number, security code or banking password. Cancelling a subscription or withdrawing a request does not automatically issue a refund; support reviews refund requests separately. A full refund confirmed by Stripe ends the associated paid promotion or community-event publication. A partial refund does not automatically stop delivery. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
