Seagrade Road Beach Access is a neighborhood beach entrance at the intersection of Seagrade Road and Blue Mountain Road in Blue Mountain Beach. A walkway and stairs lead down to the Gulf shoreline. There is no parking at this access, so plan to arrive on foot or by bicycle.

Norriego Point Beach Access and Park offers public shoreline access at the end of Gulf Shore Drive on Destin’s Holiday Isle. A pedestrian route remains available during construction. As of October 14, 2026, the city advises that the park parking lot is closed and restrooms and showers are unavailable; check the city’s updates before visiting.

Listed as access 11 by Visit South Walton, it sits beside the Ramsgate townhomes and behind the Summer’s Edge neighborhood. A narrow walkway and stairs lead visitors from the street to the beach.

Highway 395 Beach Access, also called Scenic 395 Access, is a public neighborhood entrance to the Gulf in Seagrove Beach. The signed walkover begins on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A at the traffic light where County Road 395 meets 30A. Use the designated path between the neighboring properties to reach the beach.

Temporary closure: Florida State Parks reports Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and its overnight accommodations closed due to Hurricane Isaias, effective October 14, 2026. Check the official park page or call 850-267-8330 for reopening updates before visiting. Topsail Hill Preserve protects white-sand dunes, coastal dune lakes, pine forests and wetlands along about three miles of Gulf shoreline in Santa Rosa Beach. When operating, the park offers beach access, hiking and bicycling trails, birding, paddling, and camping with RV, tent, cabin and bungalow options. The entrance is at 7525 West County Highway 30A. The official page also lists ongoing visitor-center construction and a closed main beach boardwalk; consult current access instructions when the park reopens.
