About this place
Live Oak Beach Access provides a neighborhood route to the beach in Seagrove Beach, a few blocks east of Seaside. The entrance is on Scenic Highway 30A at Live Oak Street, two blocks west of County Road 395. A wooden walkway and stairs lead down to the sand.
