Spooky Lane Beach Access is a neighborhood walkover beside the entrance to Seahaunts Condominiums in Santa Rosa Beach. It sits where South Spooky Lane reaches the Gulf, about a quarter-mile east of Gulf Place. The access has bicycle parking only, so plan to arrive on foot or by bike.
